Ethan Smartt is a dedicated criminal defense attorney with over a decade of experience representing clients across Tennessee. A graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law (2012) and licensed the same year, he has built a reputation for strategic advocacy, thorough preparation, and a deep commitment to protecting the rights of the accused.
Ethan has spent his career deeply rooted in criminal defense, working cases in more than 60 counties across Tennessee.
