About Jason
Jason K. Feldman is a senior trial attorney with Michael & Associates Criminal Defense Attorneys in Los Angeles, California. A former prosecutor with more than 25 years of criminal law experience, Mr. Feldman has handled thousands of felony cases and built a reputation for his courtroom experience and trial advocacy.
Jason began his legal career as a Deputy District Attorney in Portland, Oregon, where he tried more than 40 jury cases, appeared in hundreds of court hearings, and assisted in a capital murder prosecution. His prosecutorial experience included drug offenses, vice crimes, and domestic violence cases, giving him valuable insight into how prosecutors investigate, prepare, and present criminal cases.
After transitioning to criminal defense, Jason spent more than two decades representing clients throughout Southern California. He operated his own criminal defense practice in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills and was a member of Feldman & Wallach, LLP, in Venice. His extensive experience includes defending clients against serious felony allegations, litigating complex criminal matters, and taking cases to trial.
In addition to trial defense, Mr. Feldman has extensive experience handling criminal appeals and post-conviction habeas corpus petitions, challenging convictions and seeking relief after sentencing.
At Michael & Associates, Jason combines his experience as a former prosecutor, longtime criminal defense attorney, and trial lawyer to develop strategic defenses tailored to each client's circumstances.
