During a traffic stop for a registration issue, officers discovered our client had an outstanding warrant and took him into custody. We obtained the video and breath-test records, emphasized the shaky FSTs, officer uncertainty, and irregular testing sequence, and the state dismissed the case at an early setting.

After a late-night traffic stop for alleged swerving, the client performed field sobriety tests and later provided a breath sample below .15. Facing those deficiencies and our readiness to litigate the suppression issues, the prosecution backed off. The felony possession charge was dismissed.
