According to the account we presented, when emergency lights activated the client turned on hazard lights, took the next available exit, and pulled over. We dissected the officer’s narrative and timeline to show the brief interval and immediate compliance, undermining the required intent to evade. We pressed the prosecutor on these evidentiary weaknesses and prepared pretrial challenges. The state dismissed the case.
