Where Are Brentwood Criminal Cases Heard?
Where your case is handled depends on the charge and where the alleged offense occurred. Williamson County General Sessions Court handles many criminal matters involving Brentwood Police, including preliminary proceedings in criminal cases. More serious felony cases may ultimately proceed through the Williamson County court system.
