My case dragged on longer than it should have, and that was not on them. The delays were on the other side. Dax kept things simple and focused on getting it settled and done. Right before the end, he went back through everything and caught a term that would have followed me for the rest of my life. He got that shut down and reworked the deal. That alone made it worth it.

His assistant Kai was on top of everything. She kept me updated on changes, reminded me about court dates, and answered fast whenever I reached out. I never had to chase anyone.
