I want to personally thank the attorneys at Michaels & Associates, especially Monica and Allen. When searching for an attorney to defend someone for something as serious a charge as Assault with a Deadly Weapon, you want experience. What´s their dismissal rate, how many years have they been practicing law, how deep is their bench of other attorneys, what do they specialize in. Those were the charges facing my wife, a woman, I believe, should have never been charged, because of her TBI injury from a previous accident.
The law doesn´t care. Michaels and Associates did.
Monica was able to get my wife´s charges completely "Dismissed". I will forever be grateful to her and the others for the outstanding outcome they achieved for my wife and I.
