It took awhile to get the right Attorney. Going to Court Dates and having to be there to reschedule them.
Once Attorney Carson was assigned to my case he didn't waste anytime getting things handled. My case was dismissed less than 30 days of him being assigned to my case. I'm so thankful it is finally over. Attorney Carson means business. I highly recommend him.

When I first called Michael & Associates, my initial consultation was with Jackie Gravois. Before speaking with her, my anxiety was through the roof! We were going through one of the most frightening and overwhelming moments of our lives, and somehow, within that very first conversation, Jackie was able to bring me a sense of calm. Her patience and reassurance made me feel comfortable enough to move forward. I will always be grateful for that.

We were then assigned to Ricque and her legal assistant, Nice. That same day, we received a call from both of them introducing themselves. They were so warm, kind, and pleasant to speak with that we immediately felt reassured that we were in the right hands.

From that point forward, Nice was absolutely incredible. She made sure to keep me updated at least once a week, often twice, and honestly, being the anxious person that I am, I probably texted her every single day! She never once made me feel like I was bothering her. She would respond with such kindness and patience, even on the days when I was overwhelmed and simply needed reassurance. Whenever I had a question she couldn't answer, she would reach out to Ricque and get back to us incredibly quickly. That level of communication meant more to me than I can put into words.

And Ricque—SHE DID HER THING!! From our very first conversation, we could hear the confidence and knowledge in her voice, and we immediately knew we were in good hands. She listened to us, sympathized with what we were going through, explained everything clearly, and made sure we never felt like we were facing this alone. She was there for us every step of the way, and her confidence gave us confidence when we needed it most.

What we went through was one of the scariest experiences of our lives, and I genuinely feel beyond thankful and blessed that we had Nice and Ricque by our side. They were truly angels to us during a time when we needed them the most.

It bears mentioning how kind they were throughout the entire process. Not once did we feel judged, dismissed, rushed, or like my constant questions and anxiety were an inconvenience. They treated us with compassion and respect every single time.

I sincerely pray that no one ever has to experience what we went through. They gave us reassurance when we were scared, guidance when we were uncertain, and most importantly, they made us feel like we weren't alone.
