For me having a felony kidnapping , which is pretty severe Miss Katelyn Did an outstanding job on reassure me that everything will Be OK she was very enthusiastic very optimistic but you can tell by having a conversation with her over the phone, and when you see her in person, it matches the vibe they encouragement.
