Rc is the best he had my back

A family member had the misfortune of having to defend themselves against a bogus arrest by the Bexar County Sheriff´s Office. Simple traffic stop turned into a Fourth Amendment retaliatory arrest (likely in violation of 42 USC 1983) when family member declined consent to search vehicle... which upon search after arrest, found nothing.

Family member called this firm and was assigned Ms. Kaytlyn Knowles to the case. She was awesome. She took a personal interest in the case. Always kept my family member informed, and was very patient during the entire process that never should have occured in the first place.

Hard to believe, but it takes a lot of effort to defend an arrest with zero evidence the alleged crime was committed, and the arrest being made by a cop with a multiple disciplinary infractions in his file. Thankfully, Ms. Knowles was having none of that injustice. She got the case dismissed, demonstrating to the prosecution, that they had zero case against my family member.

Now, looking to find a civil law firm to hold BCSO accountable for the unjust arrest, cost to defend against it, and the injuries sustained while being held after the arrest.
