Jessica Joyner, who handled my case was so easy to talk to, went out and beyond for my case, and just a great person overall. I reached out to them with a few questions, their representative was very helpful, gave me the information I was looking for. If I decide to move forward with the retainer fee I was quoted, I will reach back out to them. Ben was super informative about possible outcomes to my case.
