At the beginning of my case in December 2024, I was scared, lost, and completely overwhelmed. It was the first time I had ever gotten into any trouble, and I had no idea what to expect. Two days before New Year's Eve, Meghan was the only person willing to talk to me and she immediately calmed me down and walked me through the entire process. She was kind, professional, and incredibly reassuring when I needed it most.

Although I didn't speak with Attorney Bobby much, I understand he was handling many cases and working hard for his clients. I did have a chance to speak with him a few times before he left the firm, and soon after, my case was transferred to Attorney Andrew. Before that transition, Lei and Zack were also on my case and both were very helpful, professional, and informative throughout the early stages. They made sure I understood what was going on and helped ease a lot of my initial concerns.

From the moment Attorney Andrew took over, he came in with confidence and a clear action plan. I truly believe he got me the best possible outcome based on my situation, and while I wish things had turned out differently, I've accepted my consequences and feel at peace knowing my legal team did everything they could.

I also want to give a special shoutout to Jeremy, Attorney Andrew's legal assistant, who was incredibly responsive, organized, and helpful through the final stages of my case. Michael & Associates Team and my attorney Zach Reddington were super nice and helpful throughout the whole process. What I valued the most was the consistency in communication. Even if it was just to make me aware that they were no changes to my case, it was good to know that I wasn't just a file number and that I didn't need to follow up with them. They also ensured I didn't have to take time off from work unless it was absolutely necessary. They handled everything for me. Lou was also very attentive in answering my questions and concerns throughout my case, which was DISMISSED btw. I definitely recommend hiring this firm for any and all urgent matters.
