I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience with Clifford Duke. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to actually listen to me and understand my situation. Going through a legal case can be extremely stressful and overwhelming, but having an attorney like Clifford Duke who knows what he's doing and genuinely cares about his clients makes a huge difference.

Clifford Duke was always straightforward with me about my options and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. I never felt like I was just another case or another number. When I first called Michael & Associates, my initial consultation was with Jackie Gravois. Before speaking with her, my anxiety was through the roof! We were going through one of the most frightening and overwhelming moments of our lives, and somehow, within that very first conversation, Jackie was able to bring me a sense of calm. Her patience and reassurance made me feel comfortable enough to move forward. I will always be grateful for that.

We were then assigned to Ricque and her legal assistant, Nice. That same day, we received a call from both of them introducing themselves. They were so warm, kind, and pleasant to speak with that we immediately felt reassured that we were in the right hands.

From that point forward, Nice was absolutely incredible. She made sure to keep me updated at least once a week, often twice, and honestly, being the anxious person that I am, I probably texted her every single day! She never once made me feel like I was bothering her. She would respond with such kindness and patience, even on the days when I was overwhelmed and simply needed reassurance. Whenever I had a question she couldn't answer, she would reach out to Ricque and get back to us incredibly quickly. That level of communication meant more to me than I can put into words.

And Ricque—SHE DID HER THING!! From our very first conversation, we could hear the confidence and knowledge in her voice, and we immediately knew we were in good hands. She listened to us, sympathized with what we were going through, explained everything clearly, and made sure we never felt like we were facing this alone. She was there for us every step of the way, and her confidence gave us confidence when we needed it most.

What we went through was one of the scariest experiences of our lives, and I genuinely feel beyond thankful and blessed that we had Nice and Ricque by our side. They were truly angels to us during a time when we needed them the most.

It bears mentioning how kind they were throughout the entire process. Not once did we feel judged, dismissed, rushed, or like my constant questions and anxiety were an inconvenience. They treated us with compassion and respect every single time.

I sincerely pray that no one ever has to experience what we went through. But if you ever find yourself in a situation where you need someone in your corner, I cannot say enough about Ricque and Nice. They gave us reassurance when we were scared, guidance when we were uncertain, and most importantly, they made us feel like we weren't alone.

I want to personally thank the attorneys at Michaels & Associates, especially Monica and Allen. When searching for an attorney to defend someone for something as serious a charge as Assault with a Deadly Weapon, you want experience. What´s their dismissal rate, how many years have they been practicing law, how deep is their bench of other attorneys, what do they specialize in. Those were the charges facing my wife, a woman, I believe, should have never been charged, because of her TBI injury from a previous accident.
The law doesn´t care. Michaels and Associates did.
