Kaytlyn Knowles, who was assigned to my case is the most professional, knowledgeable and compassionate attorney. She explained thoroughly and clearly what my options were and proceeded to implement the option of my choice immediately and most efficiently. She amended the proposed contract by the prosecutor, who ended up accepting all of the new conditions leading to the final dismissal of the case. Katlyn was always available by phone even after working hours and evenings. She never let me worry about the case and always responded with confirming messages and words.
