I came to Michael and Associates with my case and they were very quick to set up a meeting, and go over my options. Carla was very helpful with that. I decided to proceed and I was introduced to Matthew and Allyssa and they helped me throughout the process a lot they were both very professional and helpful. The outcome couldn't be better I am really thankful for y'all helping me with this. I would recommend them to anybody who needs legal help.

I can't express enough how grateful I am for Michael & Associates! My case involved several layers, of which Mr. RC Pate examined very closely and promised it would be top priority to try to have my cases dismissed ! Not only that after having extenuating circumstances arise , I was not only able to make payments towards the overall cost, but was accommodated several times on changing payment dates! I greatly appreciate from the staff at the Client Finance Department! After a long wait and several resets , RC kept me informed and was easy to reach for questions! RC was unable to make my first court date after the resets and had his colleague Mr. Tommy Stolhandske step in for him; Tommy came in to court extremely professional and pulled me aside several times to let me know what was going on in real time and what he was attempting to push about my case. In the end, Tommy was able to get all three cases dismissed! I can't begin to express how grateful myself and my family I are for this team and will most definitely be recommending Michael & Associates to all my family and friends! Micheal Garcia was always very helpful when it came to making sure that all the paperwork was correct when it came time to make final decision of the case. I just want to give the biggest Kudos to Matthew and Allyssa who helped me get my case dismissed. From the time I communicated with the firm, to having them on my case, I got constant updates weekly for months. Allyssa was so sweet and always sending me cute emojis and would get back to me in such a timely manner. Anytime I needed Matthew she would set it up, and he would contact me as promised. I never felt out of the loop and Matthew the day of my court date walked me through the expectations or what would happen and the best news it was dismissed. He even took time to walk me down to the clerks office to help expedite (as much as possible) receiving my bond payment back or at least starting the process. My DV case was a dark cloud and to be set free and the truth now gives me my light back and my new path forward. My next step with them is expungement and I know when that time comes, it will be handled properly, promptly and professionally. This firm truly was God or the universe sent to me!
